I have combination skin and was nervous about trying another Vitamin C serum because so many have made me break out. BRIGHTEN didn't cause any irritation, which is a huge win for me. My skin does look slightly brighter and smoother. That said, it took nearly a month before I started seeing real results, so you have to be patient. Also, I wish it absorbed a bit faster. It's not sticky, but it takes a few minutes to settle in.
