Shipping

We work hard to get your order out quickly! Most orders ship within 1 business day after your payment clears. We typically use USPS or UPS for domestic orders, which usually takes an additional 2–3 business days for delivery. In most cases, you can expect to receive your order within 4 business days from the time you place it. Please note that delivery times can vary based on your location.

Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, simply email us within 60 days of receiving your order to request a return. Please include your order number and reason for the return, and we’ll send you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number along with instructions. Returns without an RMA number can’t be processed.

Once we receive the products back, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method for the full purchase price, minus shipping costs. Please make sure to return products in their original containers, and for your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

The 60-day return window starts from the day your package is marked as delivered by the carrier. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and refunds can only be sent back to the original card used for the purchase. If the card has expired or been closed, we won’t be able to issue a refund.

Please note that our 60-day return policy applies only to purchases made directly from serumjunkie.com. Products purchased from unauthorized sellers aren’t covered. We also reserve the right to limit or reject returns if we notice irregular or excessive return patterns.
